Dr. Egenburg founded Momentum Modern Psychiatry to address a gap she saw throughout the field: high-quality, personalized psychiatric care has become increasingly hard to find. Too often, outpatient psychiatry means brief appointments, rotating providers, and fragmented care.

Momentum is her answer — a boutique, physician-led practice with longer visits, a smaller patient panel, and direct access to the treating psychiatrist. That structure allows for a genuine understanding of each patient’s history and goals, and treatment plans that are truly individualized.

She works with adults — particularly busy professionals and high-functioning individuals — who want a more thoughtful, discreet, and modern approach to their mental health.
